Acceptance of terms
Access to and use of the website www.iasma.gr implies the unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or iasma services.
Service description
iasma provides Bach flower remedy counseling sessions by certified Counselors. These services are complementary and supportive in nature and do not constitute a medical, psychiatric or psychological service, nor do they substitute for diagnosis, treatment or medical/psychological monitoring by a competent health professional.
iasma Counselors do not act as physicians, psychiatrists or psychologists and do not provide medical, psychiatric or psychological diagnoses or treatment instructions.
In the event of an acute or urgent medical or psychological incident, the person concerned must immediately contact a competent health professional or the competent emergency services.
Copyright
All content of the website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, graphics, logos, designs and other material, is the intellectual property of iasma or is used legally under a relevant license.
Reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, publication or any other use of the content, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the prior written consent of iasma or the respective beneficiary, unless permitted by applicable law.
Booking, cancelling & postponing appointments
Appointment booking is made by phone, email or through the relevant contact form on the website.
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment is free of charge, as long as iasma is informed at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled date and time of the session.
In case of cancellation or postponement of the appointment within twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled session time, as well as in case of no-show without prior notification, 100% of the total cost of the scheduled session will be charged.
The charge concerns the commitment of the Consultant's specific time period and the inability to make it available to another interested party.
In case the session has already been paid for, the amount is not refunded due to late cancellation or no-show. In case it has not been paid for, the session amount becomes due.
IASMA reserves the right to exceptionally consider force majeure or extraordinary circumstances, on a case-by-case basis.
Limitation of liability
iasma makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the information provided through the website is accurate, up-to-date and understandable. However, it does not guarantee that the content is always complete, accurate or free from any errors or omissions.
The content of the website is provided solely for informational purposes and does not constitute personalized medical, psychiatric or psychological advice.
iasma is not responsible for decisions or actions taken solely based on the content of the website without a prior consultation session or without an appropriate evaluation by a competent health professional, where required.
Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Greek Law, without prejudice to any mandatory provisions that protect consumers.
For any dispute that may arise from the use of the website or the provision of iasma services, the rules of jurisdiction and competence provided by applicable legislation shall apply.
