Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods
Payment for iasma services can be made, depending on the available option, in one or more of the following ways:
Cash, on the day of the session.
Bank deposit or transfer, to a bank account indicated by iasma during the booking or before the session takes place.
Debit or credit card, via POS or via a secure electronic payment service, if this option is available.
iasma reserves the right to determine the available payment methods for each service and to request payment for the session before it takes place.
Documents
For each service provided, a document required by applicable law is issued, which can be sent electronically to the email address provided by the customer.
Returns policy
After the session is completed, there is no refund for the service already provided.
In the event of a cancellation or postponement of an appointment, the Reservations, Cancellations and Appointment Postponement Policy included in these Terms of Use applies.
Any refunds imposed by applicable law or relating to special circumstances provided for therein are not excluded from this policy.
